This policy explains what information is processed when you use FinnishCitizenshipTest.com.

Who is responsible

FinnishCitizenshipTest.com is operated by Testrada Pte Ltd, A’Posh Biz Hub #05-34, 1 Yishun Industrial Street 1, Singapore 768160 (email admin@civiclearn.com), which also operates CivicLearn.

What we process

• Practice questions and the practice test run in your browser. Your answers are not sent to us, and you do not need an account.
• The contact form sends your name, email and message through our automation service (n8n) to our inbox. We use them only to reply and delete them when they are no longer needed.
• Referral source. For up to 30 days your browser stores (in localStorage) which website you came from, and passes it on when you click through to CivicLearn's checkout, so we can see which links lead to purchases. No name, email or other personal details are stored.
• Hosting. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which may log technical data such as IP addresses for security. Fonts are served from our own server, so nothing is sent to Google Fonts.

We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell data.

Purchases

The training programme is sold by CivicLearn and payments are handled by Stripe. CivicLearn's own terms and privacy policy apply to purchases.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. Write to admin@civiclearn.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority – in Finland, the Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
